ECHESSA Preorder & Shipping Policy

At ECHESSA, each piece is created with intention, precision, and a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. Our preorder model allows us to produce each collection with care while maintaining the standards of quality that define our brand.

Preorder Processing & Shipping Timeline

All preorder items are expected to ship within 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows for production, quality inspection, and order preparation.

Please note that the 6–8 week timeframe refers to the expected shipping date, not the delivery date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Production & Potential Delays

While we strive to meet the stated shipping timeline, unforeseen production, quality control, or logistical circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Preorder purchases are placed in anticipation of future production. If you wish to request a change or cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Requests are subject to the order’s production status and applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched and vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Returns & Store Credit

Once received, eligible preorder items are subject to the ECHESSA Returns & Store Credit Policy. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only, subject to the applicable return conditions and consumer protection laws.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the estimated shipping timeline outlined in this policy.

Thank you for your patience and for choosing ECHESSA. Every piece represents our dedication to modern design, timeless heritage, and exceptional craftsmanship.
